The YWCA of Greater Baltimore wishes to thank our sponsors, attendees, our many volunteers, and special honorees for another exciting Leader Lunch!
Leader Lunch is the Baltimore area's premier annual event to recognize and honor women leaders whose vision, energy, and talent combine to create vibrant workplaces and sustain our community. All proceeds support the YWCA's efforts to eliminate racism and empower women.
Held annually the first week of May, Leader Lunch is a high-profile media event that gathers many of the most extraordinary women in our area, along with friends, colleagues, and associates who share the YWCA's commitment to women's advancement in business and public life.
In addition to recognizing leaders in fields such as technology, communications, government, education, and entrepreneurship, the YWCA honors an individual who has made a major and lasting contribution to racial justice. To help nurture the next generation of women leaders, the YWCA awards a Future Leader scholarship to a promising high school senior selected through a city-wide nomination process.
Last year's 5th Annual Leader Lunch, the YWCA's annual showcase of women's leadership, was also a resounding success, with a record-breaking crowd and outstanding honorees. Join us in future years to celebrate the Baltimore area's most inspiring and accomplished women leaders - to learn more, click here or call 410-685-1460 x403.
The Baltimore YWCA is committed to serving women and families in Baltimore City and Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, Howard and northern Anne Arundel counties.
