Leader Lunch is the Baltimore area's premier annual event to recognize and honor women leaders whose vision, energy, and talent combine to create vibrant workplaces and sustain our community. Held annually the first week of May, Leader Lunch is a high-profile media event that gathers many of the most extraordinary women in our area, along with friends, colleagues, and associates who share the YWCA's commitment to women's advancement in business and public life.
